Flex is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to build and scale a modern growth engine that drives a predictable, high-quality pipeline across both self-serve and sales-led motions.
This role is ideal for a senior growth leader with a proven track record of scaling demand generation at fast-growing companies. You will own customer acquisition across digital growth surfaces, including web, SEO, paid media, OOH, creator, and emerging channels such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), while partnering closely with Product to drive activation, conversion, and monetization.
You will also lead our Demand Generation team, owning performance marketing execution and digital channel strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role for a growth-minded marketer who thrives in experimentation, understands unit economics, and knows how to turn traffic into revenue.
Responsibilities
To lead and manage the Growth Marketing team to drive growth initiatives across all channels including digital marketing strategies such as SEO/SEM campaigns.
Oversee content creation for various platforms ensuring alignment with brand voice, target audience engagement goals, and conversion optimization techniques are applied effectively.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Growth Marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives to drive revenue growth through digital channels.
Collaborate closely with other departments such as product development, sales, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts across all touchpoints in the customer journey.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Growth Marketing initiatives including website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation metrics, retention rate, lifetime value, etc., using data analytics tools and reporting mechanisms provided by our marketing platform suite.
Identify new growth opportunities in the digital landscape such as emerging platforms or technologies that can be leveraged to drive revenue growth for the company's products/services through targeted campaigns and partnerships with relevant influencers, thought leaders, etc.
Develop a talent acquisition strategy including sourcing top Growth Marketing professionals from diverse backgrounds using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, referrals, industry events/conferences, alumni networks, and headhunting services to build an engaged team with the right skill sets.
Manage a remote Growth Marketing team across different time zones ensuring effective communication, collaboration, accountability, performance management using project management tools such as Asana or Trello while maintaining high morale through regular check-ins and virtual meetings/retreats to foster strong relationships among the team members.
Provide leadership guidance on career development opportunities for Growth Marketing professionals including mentorship, coaching, training programs, certifications or workshops that align with their individual goals while ensuring they are equipped with industry best practices and latest trends in growth marketing to enhance personal performance as well as team productivity.
Represent the company at various conferences/events related to Growth Marketing such as webinars, virtual summits or workshops where I will share insights on our strategies, learnings from industry experts and thought leaders while networking with peers in similar roles across different organizations for knowledge exchange.
Participate actively in the company's internal committees/task forces related to Growth Marketing such as content strategy review board or SEO optimization team where I will contribute my expertise, provide feedback on proposed initiatives and collaborate with other members towards ach08:
