Requirements

Responsibilities
• Conduct discovery calls to understand homeowner goals and translate vague ideas into specific, realistic project scopes and budgets. • Proactively manage a pipeline of 15-20 active deals in HubSpot, ensuring disciplined and patient follow-up over 4-12 week sales cycles. • Collaborate closely with interior designers and build managers to ensure every project is set up for success before construction begins.
