Responsibilities
• Build a strong understanding of the LiveHealthy Rewards program and how it operates • Develop relationships with key cross-functional partners • Contribute to identifying key opportunities for improvement • Help drive programs to improve incentive effectiveness • Improve visibility into program performance through better tracking and reporting • Play a key role in executing at least one cross-functional initiative end-to-end • Become a trusted leader on rewards and incentive strategy • Help deliver measurable improvements in engagement, operational efficiency, or outcomes • Contribute to building more scalable systems for managing rewards programs • You should get in touch if: • You have 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, BizOps, or a strategy/operations role • You’re highly structured in your thinking and communicate clearly in both writing and conversation • You enjoy breaking down ambiguous problems and turning them into actionable plans • You’re excited to move from advising to owning pieces of execution • You’re comfortable working with data and using it to inform decisions • You collaborate well across teams and can influence without formal authority
