Requirements

Responsibilities
• Design and implement features for the Box Automate - leading with frontend architecture in React/TypeScript, while actively contributing to distributed systems and backend design discussions • Architect and build rich, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces in React that enable users to seamlessly create, configure, and monitor complex automated workflows • Collaborate on developing and integrating with backend services and distributed systems that power workflow automation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and infrastructure to define requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver features on schedule • Review code, mentor junior engineers, and help shape our engineering practices • Participate in our on-call rotation - when it's your week, you're expected to be reachable outside business hours, including evenings and weekends, to respond to production incidents

You'll work primarily with React/TypeScript alongside backend technologies (with Java experience being a strong plus) to build responsive, performant workflows and applications that seamlessly interact with systems handling millions of daily executions. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to innovate on automation capabilities, improve user experience, and integrate with enterprise applications.
