We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table! • Currently pursuing a degree in Film & Television Production, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Bynder, Asana, Notion, or equivalent • Familiar with video production workflows and terminology across pre-production, production, and post-production • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for documentation and file management • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks • Desired: • Spanish language proficiency a strong plus, supporting content and collaboration across Twilio's global teams • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro or After Effects • Experience with video conferencing and virtual production tools such as Zoom, StreamYard, or similar platforms • Prior internship or project experience in video production, media, or a creative agency environment • Working knowledge of caption and subtitle workflows • Interest in or exposure to live event production and corporate conference environments • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems or media storage platforms • Location • This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
Responsibilities
• Track and manage video production projects from brief to delivery, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met • Coordinate logistics between stakeholders, vendors, and creative teams to keep projects moving efficiently • Maintain and update production schedules, shot lists, and project trackers across active productions • Organize and manage digital asset libraries, ensuring files are properly named, stored, and accessible • Draft creative briefs, project summaries, and status updates to keep stakeholders aligned • Identify and flag production bottlenecks, risks, or resource gaps to the directing producer • Support vendor and talent coordination including outreach, scheduling, and contract tracking

Compensation for candidates in other locations will be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that hiring for this role is not restricted to the locations listed above. • The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: • Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $26.00/hour • Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $28/00/hour • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $31.00/hour • The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. • Applications for this role are intended to be accepted until April 2nd, but may change based on business needs. • Twilio thinks big.
