Responsibilities
• Own onboarding for dbt Labs’ largest and most strategic customers, driving early adoption and time-to-value • Guide customers through account setup, aligning on goals, timelines, and best practices • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior executives • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a cohesive, high-quality onboarding experience • Help prospective customers determine the right onboarding and services approach • Adapt and refine onboarding programs to meet regional and segment-specific needs • Balance speed and scale while maintaining a high-touch, customer-centric experience
