Requirements

• You’re an execution-first marketer who gets energy from momentum and measurable results. You like being in the middle of the action — campaigns going live, partners engaging, sales teams moving. You’re organized, persistent, and comfortable driving outreach that turns strategy into real conversations. • You don’t need perfect conditions to perform. You take clear direction, move fast, and follow through. You understand that growth doesn’t happen in theory — it happens when campaigns are activated, audiences are engaged, and teams are aligned. • You’re comfortable picking up the phone, sending the follow-up, and pushing a campaign across the finish line. • The Growth Activation Specialist is the execution arm of the Growth Marketing organization. This role is exclusively focused on activating and accelerating partner-led, corporate, and audience acquisition campaigns across outbound and direct engagement channels. • This role exists to ensure campaigns don’t stall after launch. You take fully baked campaign strategy and turn it into action — through phone, email, LinkedIn, and coordinated sales and partner outreach. • You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field & Partner Marketing, Account Executives, and partners to drive engagement, meetings, and pipeline velocity. • This is a hands-on role built for doers. • 1–4 years experience in growth marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, SDR/BDR, or campaign execution roles • Hands-on experience with outbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn) • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (from a user and execution perspective) • Experience supporting or working with sales and/or partner teams • Strong project coordination and execution skills • B2B technology or services experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound and direct audience acquisition campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and related channels • Activate partner and corporate campaigns by coordinating outreach motions with sales and partner teams • Coordinate campaign handoffs, timelines, and readiness with sales teams • Support partner co-marketing and partner-led motions with clear activation plans • Manage campaign execution logistics including lists, sequencing, messaging alignment, and follow-up motions • Operationalize offers, promotions, and incentives tied to campaigns • Provide feedback loops to Growth Marketing on what’s resonating and what needs optimization • Key Attributes • Execution-obsessed with a bias toward action • Comfortable with outbound engagement and follow-up • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Clear, confident communicator across teams • Persistent, resilient, and outcome-driven • Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball
