Requirements

Responsibilities
• Your primary purpose is to learn and assist in deploying Shift Technology’s solutions to new clients as well as support the maintenance of solutions for existing clients. Under the guidance of senior engineers, this includes participating in managing data pipelines, executing ETL processes, and developing, testing, tuning, and deploying fraud detection models. • Working alongside experienced team members within a designated pod of clients, you will execute the following duties: • Client Implementation Support: Assist in implementing Claim Fraud Detection (CFD) for new clients, focusing on ETL setup, detection implementation, and workflow automation. • Client Implementation Support: • Feature Deployment: Help roll out new platform features to existing clients. • Feature Deployment: • Optimization: Contribute to continuous improvements across existing client environments and pipelines. • Optimization: • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to collect user feedback, help prepare business case materials, and assist in reporting regularly on solution performance to stakeholders. • Stakeholder Engagement:
