Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience. • Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, and React • Experience leading the feasibility and execution of complex projects • Technical vision and ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural goals • Strong product intuition and a passion for building consumer experiences users love, backed by strong quantitative and qualitative understanding of product experiences • Experience leveraging and extending A/B testing frameworks, experimentation infrastructure, and robust internal analytics • Bias towards action, and good instinct to decide on the appropriate level of rigor/effort for experiments (when to cut corners, when to invest for the future) • Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical colleagues (including marketing, product, design, and data science) • Experience building consumer subscription or SAAS products • Experience with analytics tooling including Segment or Amplitude

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on, executing roadmap initiatives. • Drive technical execution for growth initiatives aligned with business goals. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, marketers, and data analysts to improve acquisition, onboarding, and retention flows • Design and implement systems to support A/B testing and rapid experimentation • Analyze data and user behavior to inform technical decisions and refine growth strategies • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team • Balance technical debt with feature development to ensure sustainable growth
