Requirements
• Mandatory: Demonstrated experience building complete applications from scratch • Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience • Strong experience with: • Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript • Frontend: • Backend: Node.js, Python, or Go • Backend: • APIs: REST, GraphQL • APIs: • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL • Databases: • Experience with AI/LLM integration, prompt engineering, or automation • AI/LLM integration • Hands-on cloud skills (AWS or GCP)—serverless, containers, CI/CD • Experience with authentication & identity (OAuth2, SSO, SCIM) • Strong ownership mindset and ability to move fast and deliver independently • Bias for action—build fast, iterate fast • Strong communication with both technical and non-technical teams • High attention to detail and an engineer’s mindset for quality • Thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment • Passion for solving problems and delivering value
Responsibilities
• Build modern full-stack applications completely from the ground up • Design clean, scalable architecture and cloud-native services • Build beautiful, modern, fast UI components • Develop secure, reliable backend services and integrations • Implement AI-driven features (LLMs, intelligent workflows, automations, embeddings) • AI-driven features • Integrate with internal and external platforms using REST/GraphQL APIs • Own the entire lifecycle: architect → build → test → deploy → iterate • architect → build → test → deploy → iterate • Ensure performance, security, and scalable growth
