• 10+ years of healthcare business development or quota-carrying sales experience • 5+ years managing complex, long-cycle strategic sales processes • Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem and funds flow, particularly regarding health plans, EAPs, and self-insured employers • Proven ability to engage C-suite healthcare executives, driving end-to-end deal origination, outreach, and discovery • Direct experience in B2B behavioral health, mental health solutions, or digital health business development • Proven track record of selling directly into health plans, EAPs, or strategic partner organizations, with strong command of health plan economics • An active network of senior decision-makers and C-suite relationships within major health plans and payor organizations • Familiarity with value-based care contracts, risk-sharing arrangements, and alternative payment structures • We're serious about your well-being!
