Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in a SaaS or cloud environment. Experience selling sales technology, revenue intelligence, or AI-driven platforms is preferred. • Proven track record selling complex, disruptive solutions into large organizations across EMEA. • Experience running a top-down executive motion, engaging and closing at the C-suite level. • Ability to manage and navigate long sales cycles (up to 12 months) with contract values in the $200K–$500K range. • Deep knowledge and practical application of the MEDDPICC sales methodology. • Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and business acumen. • Strong commercial and financial acumen, able to build and present compelling ROI narratives. • Executive presence and the ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders quickly. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across organizational levels. • Collaborative, high-initiative mindset with a team-first approach to winning. • Experience articulating AI ROI to skeptical enterprise buyers, translating capability into business outcome. • Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tools including conversation intelligence, sales engagement, and predictive analytics, and the ability to speak confidently to their business impact.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of EMEA enterprise buying dynamics, procurement processes, and regional nuances across key markets such as UK, DACH, and Nordics.
