Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or a similar role at a top-tier or high-growth technology company. • Experience designing onboarding, training, or ramp programs and a track record of turning ad hoc practice into a documented, repeatable process. • Strong analytical rigor, with the ability to build metrics and frameworks that make team productivity and ramp progress measurable. • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment, with the ability to independently structure open-ended problems and drive them to resolution. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and act as a trusted partner to Agent Dev leadership. • Ability to run projects end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholders who don’t report to you. • A growth mindset, coachability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. Responsibilities

• Drive productivity across Agent Development: Identify what's slowing the team down, build metrics to measure it, and ship changes that increase productivity.
