Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Finance, Consulting, or a related field • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI • Experience building forecasting models, executive dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working within CRM and revenue technology ecosystems, preferably Salesforce • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
Responsibilities
• Developing and maintaining executive reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and business performance insightsAnalyzing revenue, pipeline, client, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks • Building forecasting models and performance measurement frameworks that support strategic planning and decision-making • Partnering with leaders across Revenue, Finance, and Operations to improve forecasting accuracy and business visibility • Driving quarterly and annual planning processes through scenario modeling and business analysis • Designing and implementing programs that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability • Supporting the development and ongoing management of incentive compensation in partnership with Finance and People Operations • Leading cross-functional initiatives involving process improvements, systems enhancements, and operational transformation • Establishing governance, documentation, and adoption strategies that support long-term success • Translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholdersContinuously evaluating and optimizing processes to improve business performance
