• 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN (BSN required) preferably in telehealth • 1+ year experience providing abortion & reproductive healthcare • Active state licensure (RN) in least one of the following states: CA, CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA or compact state license. • Strong clinical assessment and triage skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in real time • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, empathetic guidance to patients in moments of stress or uncertainty through chat and virtual visits • Ability to navigate clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, organizational policies related to patient care and documentation • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients • Experience providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care • Commitment to reproductive justice and expanding access to abortion care • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment • Eager to engage in constant process improvement to refine our tools and operations for improved care delivery • Preferably bilingual in Spanish
