Vanta - Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

• 12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or related technical consulting roles in SaaS; at least 5 years in leadership. • Proven experience leading regional or global SE teams in high-growth SaaS environments. • Strong understanding of security, compliance, or risk management domains (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) preferred. • Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive measurable business outcomes. • Executive presence with the ability to build trust with CISOs, CIOs, and technical stakeholders.A data-driven operator with experience setting goals, analyzing performance, and scaling processes. • Strong communicator and coach, with a passion for developing people and building diverse teams. • Experience operating across APJ markets with sensitivity to regional nuances and cultures. • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact. • Metrics of Success: • Metrics of Success: • Regional ARR growth through Solutions Engineering engagement. • Conversion and win rates across APJ segments. • Resource optimization (coverage ratios, capacity planning). • Employee engagement, retention, and development of the Solutions team. • Contribution to global Solutions Engineering strategy and playbooks. • What you can expect as a Vanta’n:
