Manager, Infrastructure Engineering

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Experience independently driving projects while managing and reporting progress to remote leadership • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to read, develop, and interpret technical plans, drawings, blueprints, and models • Ability to manage technically complex projects using independent judgment and initiative • Ability to adapt to changing requirements, priorities, and constraints • Ability to work in dynamic environments and execute time-sensitive tasks • Successful candidates must clear a background check administered by the US government to obtain clearance for on-site work at our government partner location in Stennis, Mississippi. • At Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
