Requirements
• Strong academic record with prior internship or work experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance or renewable energy consultancy • Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated interest in investing, renewable energy or the broader energy transition • Ability to commit to a full-time internship for six months
Responsibilities
• Support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, including financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling, commercial assessment and due diligence • Assist in transaction execution by coordinating due diligence processes, reviewing transaction materials and supporting deal documentation • Assist in the preparation of investment papers, presentations and materials for the Investment Committee • Monitor portfolio company performance and support ongoing asset management activities • Conduct market, industry and company research to identify investment opportunities and support investment decisions
