seven-starling - Mental Health Therapist – Women's Health - Iowa resident/licensed

• Must reside and be fully licensed in the state of Iowa (IA) • Currently, we can only accept independently licensed mental health therapists who hold an active license as as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor or psychologist • Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following, but are not limited to: (AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, and/or VA) Arizona, District of Columbia (Washington DC), California, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Virginia • Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in women’s mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause • Candidates should also have experience working in a telehealth setting and consider themselves tech savvy • A desire to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population while opening up access to care • Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records • Bilingual is a plus! • ## Benefits of working with Seven Starling • Competitive compensation for intakes, sessions and internal meetings • Dedicated support from Operations, HR, and IT professionals • Opportunity for cross-licensure sponsorship, if eligible • Reimbursement for new license applications, if eligible • Transparent scheduling - you provide your availability to us • Professional Development support • Continuing Education support for those who qualify • Opportunities for growth and leadership within the Clinical Team • Professional Liability Insurance • Contract Role: Fully Flexible schedule (evening and weekend hours also available)
