tilthq - Finance & Strategy Manager (Mexico)

• 4–6+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other analytically rigorous operating roles. • Strong financial modeling skills: forecasting, scenario analysis, and ideally cohort/vintage-based credit modeling • Well versed in customer unit economics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other relevant metrics • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution without a lot of hand-holding • Comfortable moving between the details of a model and a leadership-level recommendation in the same meeting • Hands-on with analytics tools; SQL proficiency or a real commitment to developing it; familiarity with AI tools and genuine curiosity about applying them operationally • High ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity; the ability to independently layout and test clear hypotheses, and solve problems without well-defined direction • Strong business judgment and the ability to make decisions with imperfect information. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish including the ability to tailor messages to a variety of audiences and skill in explaining complex topics to non-technical peers and partners • Don’t meet every qualification?
