Requirements

Responsibilities
• Team leadership: • Team leadership: • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers; • Foster collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning; • Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and career development; • Hire exceptional engineering talent. • Technical leadership: • Guide architectural and technical decisions; • Partner with senior engineers to build a secure, scalable, and maintainable product; • Balance feature delivery with technical debt and service reliability; • Promote engineering best practices and high code quality. • Product & delivery: • Product & delivery: • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define priorities and roadmap; • Translate business needs into engineering initiatives and communicate trade-offs; • Drive planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous process improvement; • Ensure the team delivers secure, reliable, and high-quality software. • We're looking for a technical leader who enjoys building products as much as building teams.
