Requirements
• 8+ years of business development or institutional sales experience in digital assets, trading firms, investment banking, structured products, or financial markets. • Strong knowledge of derivatives, options, liquidity provision, and tokenomics. • Demonstrated success in originating and closing complex commercial partnerships. • Deep familiarity with the US crypto ecosystem: foundations, issuers, VCs, exchanges, and infra. • Structured, disciplined, and organized working approach; strong project-management ability. • Entrepreneurial experience or builder mindset strongly preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills. • Ability to travel globally for conferences, meetings, and ecosystem events. • Based out of NYC • Our recruitment philosophy • We value self-awareness and powerful communication skills in our recruitment process. Responsibilities
• Originate high-value opportunities across the entire token lifecycle: pre-TGE advisory, launch market making, OTC solutions, and post-listing liquidity programs. • Lead client conversations with founders, investors, core teams, and boards — positioning Keyrock’s liquidity, derivatives, and product capabilities. • Translate client needs into actionable commercial proposals that leverage Keyrock's full offering: market making, derivatives, structured products, treasury management, tokenomic advisory.
