Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in fund accounting at a fund administrator • Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and double-entry bookkeeping • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data accurately • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Comfortable learning and working with accounting software and financial systems • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during required business hours • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups) • Experience with crypto/digital asset accounting is a plus, but not required • Work Arrangement: • This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines. Overlap with US business hours is required for team collaboration, period-end closes, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
• Execute daily fund accounting tasks within Flowdash workflow queues according to established procedures • Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies promptly • Evaluate portfolio company events and data, and assist the team in determining the appropriate valuation action for each investment • Assist in pulling supporting documents for external auditors to ensure timely completion of fund audits • Prepare quarterly financial statements and capital account statements • Maintain and update fund accounting data across systems, including data cleanup projects • Track task completion against service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues when needed • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and documentation as FAST scales
