Cooper Moss Rutland - Cost Mangement and Change Lead

• We are currently seeking an experienced Cost and Change Lead to join our dynamic award winning team The successful candidate will support and advise on the processes, governance and strategic application of change management across a major infrastructure programme, while also providing high-level cost oversight and strengthening the interface between Project Controls and Commercial functions. • This is a key PMO-facing role, suited to someone who can operate at both leadership and programme level, with a clear focus on process definition, control, communication and the bigger picture. • As a Cost & Change Lead, you will play a central role in ensuring change is effectively identified, managed, governed and communicated across the programme.
