Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, International Business, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in production, procurement, or global project management within the merchandise or print industry. • Deep knowledge of global manufacturing processes, materials, and cost structures for diverse product categories (especially paper goods, textiles, and promotional items). • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country projects and timelines simultaneously. • Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to communicate fluently with global design and creative teams. • Excellent cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Language Proficiency: Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese; professional working proficiency in English (required for seamless communication with global stakeholders).
