Boldin - Senior Brand Designer
Requirements
• 7+ years of brand design experience, including meaningful in-house work at product companies (fintech or other trust-heavy domains a plus) • A portfolio showing exceptional craft across typography, layout, color, and motion, including brand systems you built, scaled, or evolved • Experience owning a brand's creative direction, including at least one rebrand or brand evolution you led from concept through rollout • Active use of AI in your creative workflow, from ideation to production pipelines, with shipped work and a clear point of view on where AI accelerates and where human judgment matters • Outcomes driven: comfortable tying creative work to marketing tests and business results, and adjusting based on what you learn
Responsibilities
• Own the brand vision: Lead the evolution of Boldin's visual identity and brand story across every touchpoint, from web and social to product and motion, partnering with founders and leadership to shape the brand's future. • Own the brand vision: • Build the brand engine: Create and maintain the workflows, tools, and templates that keep generated brand assets consistent at scale. • Build the brand engine: • Fuel marketing: Partner with the marketing team on creative directions, campaigns, and end deliverables while testing to optimize outcomes. • Fuel marketing: • Bridge product & brand: Work closely with the product team to create one cohesive brand experience across the platform. • Bridge product & brand: • Co-own design systems: Co-create and maintain Boldin's brand and product design systems, optimizing both for human and AI-driven workflows to produce on-brand work. • Co-own design systems: • Accelerate with AI: Embrace new technology to move faster on production and exploration, while pushing past generic AI output with taste, judgment, and critical thinking. • Accelerate with AI: • Raise the bar: Empathize deeply with our customers and obsess over how the Boldin brand is expressed in every detail we ship. • Raise the bar:
