Requirements

• 4+ years of brand design experience, including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi or emerging tech. • A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social and sales materials. • A track record of shaping and extending a visual identity, not just working within one. • Expert-level Figma skills, including building reusable templates and components. • Fluency with AI design tools, and experience using them to raise both the speed and quality of your work. • Experience partnering closely with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into design. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions. • A bias for action: you get things done without waiting to be asked and adapt quickly as priorities shift. • Alignment with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact. • Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe. • Experience building pages in Webflow, plus basic HTML/CSS. • Experience taking a website redesign from concept to launch. • Illustration and basic motion design skills. • Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the 0x and Matcha visual identity and brand guidelines. • Design and maintain a library of sales enablement assets for 0x: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates and partner kits. • Design web pages for 0x and Matcha, including landing pages, product pages, and comparison pages. • Design social graphics for 0x and Matcha. • Design for campaign launches and major sales or industry moments, from concept through final assets. • Build brand and marketing templates and components that non-designers can use confidently across campaigns, social and sales materials. • Stay current on crypto, DeFi and fintech design trends.

• The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $180,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits.
