Requirements

• You enjoy troubleshooting complex systems and building tooling to make troubleshooting easier. • You have the ability to detect subtle but serious dangers in flawed designs. • You have strong communication skills with developers as well as non-technical stakeholders. • You're hungry to learn new languages and tools quickly. Examples include C#, T-SQL, Vertica, React - but there are many technologies across The Trade Desk platform that will leverage. • You're adept at assessing business value - knowing when it's time to let it go and when it's time to keep digging in.

Responsibilities

• Care deeply about improving customer experience, both internal or external. • Chase down problems, find the root cause and work with stakeholders to creatively effect the optimal solution. • Operating outside of areas of expertise and eagerly learn along the way. • Discover and understand highly technical issues and communicate them to people with no technical background.
