Responsibilities
• Build and maintain a vetted roster of creators, actors, photographers, videographers, and production assistants. • Orchestrate weekly project plans and daily schedules to ensure deliverables meet deadlines from ideation to launch. • Negotiate rates, issue SOWs (Statement of Work), and track POs/invoices for budget adherence. • Source locations, props, and wardrobe as needed; oversee production days when required. • Translate creative briefs into clear shot lists, call sheets, timelines, and deliverable checklists. • Brief content creators, actors, and creative partners on their roles while maintaining strong working relationships. • Run post-shoot feedback loops to identify improvement opportunities for consistency across deliverables. • Secure all required usage rights, model releases, and compliance documentation before production begins. • Ensure deliverables meet the brief, adhere to brand guidelines, platform specs, and compliance requirements as needed. • Perform first-level QC (Quality Control) on content for pacing, story flow, or visual issues; coordinate quick turnarounds with editors and creators when necessary.
