Requirements
• Proven Technical Leadership: Experience managing or leading cross-functional engineering teams in high-growth environments. • Proven Technical Leadership: • Experimentation & Growth Mindset: Deep practical experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation feature-flagging tools (ideally Growthbook, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or similar).
