Requirements
• Strong academic credentials and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar. • 7+ years of relevant experience, with strong training at a top-rated national or international law firm. Law firm and in-house experience at a high-growth technology company is preferred. • Proven experience drafting, negotiating, and closing complex commercial software and SaaS agreements with enterprise customers, partners, and resellers across multiple jurisdictions. • Strong understanding of commercial legal issues related to SaaS and software licensing, professional services, and other go-to-market programs. • Excellent judgment, strong business orientation, and ability to translate legal risk into practical commercial advice. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills and the ability to build trust with sales teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers. • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. • Experience supporting a high-growth infrastructure SaaS company is a plus. • The current targeted base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 - $275,000, plus equity and a generous benefits package. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, number of years of directly relevant experience, and location. • Solutus has been selected as the retained representative on this desirable search. Responsibilities
• Support the go-to-market team by reviewing and negotiating customer contracts. This role will support the Americas and APAC. • Lead complex cross-border transactions with sophisticated counterparties across multiple jurisdictions. • Monitor and advise on relevant regulatory, compliance, and legal developments. • Provide training, maintain and update policies and templates, and develop and improve scalable workflows to support and enable the company’s growth.
