Requirements

• In the role of Test Site Manager ideally, you will have the following: • High school diploma or equivalent; any other higher education degree will be appreciated • 5+ years of experience managing facilities for engineering companies, preferably in the aerospace sector • Knowledge about UAE regulations, with a focus on safety • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Passion for advancing the commercial space industry • Highly motivated to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up environment • Fluent in English. Arabic is an asset

Responsibilities

• In your capacity as Test Site Manager, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include: • Supporting the selection of suitable facilities for the test site • Supporting the preparation of the required documentation for the commissioning and running of the facilities • Supporting development and AIT teams on operations-related tasks (training, cleaning services, etc.) • Ensuring that the facilities are compliant with safety and security regulations • Supporting procurement for basic needs (consumables, daily needs, PREQs...) and test site operations • Coordinating/ensuring the on-time maintenance of the Assembly and test facilities in UAE • Coordinating/ensuring the security and restricted access to test facilities in UAE • Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the teams • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls • Supporting in the handling of incoming and outgoing packages delivery • Define, implement, handle and guaranty safety procedures and application according to regulations and standards
