• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4–6+ years leading complex customer implementations or onboarding programs in SaaS, fintech, or API-driven platforms, with at least 3 years managing teams. • Experience in embedded payments or finance highly preferred, or adjacent experience in a high growth enterprise software platform. • Proven leadership experience, managing teams, with quantifiable performance improvement. • Working understanding of APIs, SDKs, webhooks, various other platform integration concepts. • Experience with payment processing concepts including payment acceptance, vendor payables, tokenization, PCI compliance, and transaction flows • Skills building AI driven processes, agentic workflows and automations • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate complex ideas in a structured and user-friendly way to an audience of C-Suite enterprise clients as well as engineers at early stage startups. • Extreme ownership over everything in your domain.
