• Develop and maintain full stack applications using a variety of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby on Rails, Django, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories/use cases for new features and prioritize them in the backlog based on business needs. • Design scalable solutions that meet performance requirements while ensuring code quality through automated testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha, as well as manual peer reviews. • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access and mitigate potential vulnerabilities in the application architecture using tools such as OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite Pro. • Monitor system performance metrics like response time, throughput, error rate, etc., via monitoring solutions like New Relic or Datadog to identify bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization for better user experience. • Troubleshoot issues reported by users/stakeholders using debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools or Safari Web Inspector while working closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, etc., to understand the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions within agreed timelines. • Document codebase architecture, APIs endpoints, database schemas, deployment processes using markdown files/wikis for easy reference by team members or external developers who need access to this information in future projects. • Stay updated with emerging technologies related to web development such as React Native, Flutter, Node.js frameworks like Express and Koa etc., while also keeping abreast of best practices regarding software design patterns (e.g., MVC/MVVM), RESTful APIs architecture principles or microservices deployment strategies that can be applied in future projects for better scalability and maintainability. • Participate actively in code reviews using tools like GitHub pull requests, Gerrit etc., providing constructive feedback to peers on their work while also incorporating suggestions from others into your own coding practices where appropriate based on project requirements or team standards established by senior developers/architects within the organization's culture. • Attend regular meetings with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers etc., discussing new features being added to existing products as well planning for upcoming releases while also providing input into technical decisions made during these sessions based on your expertise and experience working in similar environments before joining this company. • Communicate effectively both internally within the team setting (e.g., via Slack channels) or externally with clients/customers when required using appropriate communication tools like email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp etc., ensuring timely delivery of updates regarding project progress while also addressing any concerns raised by stakeholds promptly through direct conversations whenever necessary during office hours only (not after working hours).
