Requirements
• 0–3 years of experience in software development (fresh graduates are welcome) • Foundational knowledge of front‑end technologies (e.g. JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) • Exposure to back‑end development (e.g. Node.js, Java, Python, or similar) • Basic understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL or NoSQL) • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems • Interest in cloud platforms, automation, or low‑code technologies (training provided) • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback positively • Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance web and application features across front‑end and back‑end components • Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code under guidance from senior team members • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Designers to understand requirements and user journeys • Support testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities • Learn and apply secure coding, performance, and quality best practices • Document technical designs and development work clearly
