Requirements
• This hands-on position requires a designer with exceptional visual and communication instincts, sharp end-to-end storytelling skills, and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to execution. You should feel comfortable flexing between broader strategic thinking and tactical execution while building, maintaining, and contributing to design systems. By developing a deep product expertise, you will become a trusted partner to stakeholders, while ensuring that everyone impacted by your work is aligned throughout. Guide, inspire, and influence peers and team with exceptional communication, empathy and execution. • Accelerate with AI: You are not waiting to see how AI changes design because you are already using it. You actively leverage tools like Figma MCP, generative image tools, and AI-assisted prototyping to accelerate ideation, sharpen storytelling, and close the gap between concept and execution.
Benefits
