Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end product initiatives, from ideation to launch and impact measurement. • Own and deliver complex features with dependencies across the Super App, ensuring timely delivery and measurable customer value. • Support the Head of Product in defining and executing the product roadmap and long-term strategy. • Use market research, industry trends, and deep customer understanding to shape Careem Plus’ growth. • Be data-driven in testing hypotheses and uncovering opportunities within the Careem ecosystem. • Build strong relationships across teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless, end-to-end member experience. • Foster a culture of open communication, feedback, and product excellence within the squad.
