Requirements
• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes a plus). • Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and modern infrastructure automation tools. • Coding and scripting proficiency (Python, Go, Bash, etc.). • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and distributed systems. • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and incident management best practices. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, where adaptability and ownership are essential.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the platform's infrastructure to ensure its reliability and scalability. • Design new features based on user feedback and business requirements while ensuring alignment with company goals. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, designers, QA engineers, and customer support representatives, throughout the development process. • Monitor system performance to identify bottlenecks or issues that may impact user experience; troubleshoot problems as they arise using established protocols. • Conduct code reviews with peers to maintain high coding standards within the team while fostering knowledge sharing and skill improvement among colleagues. • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, industry trends, best practices in software development methodology (e.g., Agile or DevOps), security protocols, etc., through continuous learning efforts such as attending webinars, workshops, and conferences; share insights with team members to enhance overall platform quality. • Participate actively in sprint planning meetings by providing input on prioritization of tasks based on business needs or user feedback while ensuring timely delivery within the agreed timeframe for each iteration cycle (e.g., two weeks). • Document technical specifications, design decisions made during development processes; maintain clear and concise communication with stakeholders regarding progress updates through regular status reports to ensure alignment on project goals throughout its lifecycle. • Test new features thoroughly before deployment using automated testing tools or manual methods as appropriate while ensuring compliance with established quality assurance standards (e.g., Selenium); report any bugs found during this process promptly for resolution by relevant team members according to predefined escalation procedures if necessary. • Collaborate closely with customer support representatives when investigating user complaints or feedback related directly back into development efforts; work proactively alongside them in resolving issues quickly while maintaining high levels of communication throughout this process until resolved satisfactorily for end users experiencing difficulties accessing services via the platform under your care. • Maintain a strong focus on security best practices by conducting regular vulnerability assessments using established tools such as OWASP ZAP; implement necessary changes promptly based upon findings while ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001). • Participate actively in code reviews conducted within the team by providing constructive feedback on peers' work to maintain high coding standards across all projects under your care; foster knowledge sharing among colleagues through regular technical discussions during standup meetings or informal conversations outside of these settings when appropriate. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices in software development methodology (e.g., Agile
