Requirements
• We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to help expand our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) investment strategy across the APAC region. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role that combines risk-taking responsibilities as part of a regional ECM investment mandate with business and relationship development responsibilities. • The position carries explicit risk-taking responsibilities within DRW ECM investment strategy, including aftermarket opportunities. Responsibilities
• Help position DRW as a top-tier ECM investor in the APAC region • Establish and deepen key stakeholder relationships with private equity sponsors, equity advisors, corporates, state entities, and others. • Manage day-to-day ECM core operations • Maintain regular engagement with equity syndicate desks across tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 banks • Lead live deal engagement and market sounding procedures • Monitor, evaluate, and decide on deal participation within the ECM Core strategy mandate • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders • Execute on aftermarket opportunities • Expand non-standard transaction activity (increase participation in bilateral trades, club deals, and other bespoke ECM transactions)
