Requirements
• 2+ years of field sales experience in food tech, hospitality tech, restaurant services, or SMB sales • NYC-based (required) with the ability to be out in your territory daily — you know Manhattan's and Brooklyn's dining neighborhoods • A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable cold-walking into a restaurant and presenting to a seasoned restaurateur • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with a hunter mentality • Strong consultative selling skills, you listen first, pitch second • Comfortable managing a territory, forecasting a pipeline, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and doesn't need hand-holding to perform • What Makes This Role Different: • You're selling experiences, not software. Responsibilities
• Own and manage a curated territory of fine dining and upscale full-service restaurants across Manhattan and Brooklyn • Build trusted, consultative relationships with restaurant owners, GMs, and executive chefs • Partner with restaurants to design exclusive experiential offers, Chef's Tables, off-menu tastings, private dining events, and more • Drive the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to close, including walk-in prospecting and in-person presentations • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with consistent pipeline management in Salesforce • Serve as a market expert, your insights will directly shape how we grow and evolve this program • Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Ops, Marketing, and F&B Leadership) to ensure a seamless experience for restaurant partners
