Requirements
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs • 5 + years consulting experience, preferred • Experience implementing multiple Small, Medium and Enterprise scale Salesforce solutions • Multiple Salesforce.com http://Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer, Architect) • Demonstrated leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project managers, technical and non-technical resources, budget and schedule. • Demonstrated Project/Program management skills with teams of varying size. • Demonstrated history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget. • Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written. • Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates. • Extensive external consulting experience, including CRM consulting; and hands-on experience with Salesforce. • Ability to manage and mentor business resources • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment. • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure. • PMP Certification highly preferred • University degree or college diploma in Business Administration and/or Project Management (or equivalent experience) preferred. • Salesforce certifications: Admin,preferred • Technical competencies: • Practical experience in one or more CRM software products (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, etc.) • Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies • People leadership — Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influence senior executives across an organization. • Teamwork — Must collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members during projects. Ability to problem-solve and manage conflict. • Client focus — Must apply a client-centric mindset and ensure that all projects keep clients’ stated needs and goals top of mind. • Accountability — Must be willing to take ownership of and responsibility for their customers project success. • Communication and Organizational skills — Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills • Innovation, creativity, and problem-solving — Should be willing to think outside the box when confronting project challenges, building out practice assets and defining methods to train delivery resources. • Creativity - Must be able to research and/or create methods of engaging people to drive change. • Leadership Qualities: • Must have a strong commitment to living in service to others • Be of outstanding character; a leader who influences others to become the best versions of themselves and demonstrates wisdom, integrity and resilience even in tough times • Be a keenly intelligent builder, dedicated doer, and empathetic leader who enjoys developing teams and creative strategies
Responsibilities
• Will be assigned a portfolio of projects where the delivery directors will be the accountable and responsible for project management excellence in delivery • Designated to be the first line of escalation on delivery issues and will be responsible to work with the project managers on issue resolution and risk mitigation • Provide weekly status updates to the practice leadership team on the portfolio of the projects; • Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytic skills. • Coach and mentor consultants throughout the course of the project and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed. • Define and Manage the stage gate reviews during the projects to meet the compliance standards that are established. • Adopt and adhere to a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects with all COEs • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product roadmapping. • Work well with customers, internal technology and product teams to articulate issues and communicate effectively
