Requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments, with demonstrated experience working with networks and banks in a leadership capacity. • Proven track record of shipping technically complex credit products and/or platforms at scale within multi-stakeholder, regulated ecosystems. • Domain thought leader with the ability to identify market opportunities in credit, translate them into actionable strategy, and bring stakeholders along. • Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior leadership, external customers, and cross-functional partners including legal, compliance, and risk. • Deep technical acumen and genuine curiosity — comfortable engaging with APIs, data models, system architecture, AI/ML applications, and emerging technologies as a credible product voice. • Bias for action in ambiguous situations — able to move teams forward through internal and external roadblocks with clarity and accountability. • Prior experience building or scaling credit-as-a-service or embedded credit products for enterprise clients or card program managers. • RECRUITER FOR THIS ROLE • Prashant S. https://www.linkedin.com/in/prashant-s-948aa8/?isSelfProfile=true • TYPICAL PROCESS • Application Submission • Recruiter phone call • Hiring manager video call • Virtual “Onsite” consisting of 4-5, 45 min calls
