• Generative AI Code Assistants - Use of Generative AI Code Assistants (e.g. Github Copilot) and knowledge of latest Generative AI Model capabilities would be an asset • · Experience using system and performance monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) • $158,000 - $176,000 a year • At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The USD base salary range for this position is $158,000-176,000 (not overtime eligible) + bonus +equity+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location. Responsibilities
• · Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle • · Work with partners to iterate over software requirements • · Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient, and testable code • · Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting • · Analyze and debug systems • · Perform validation and verification testing • · Review the work of others and collaborate with others to review your own • Your Key Strength: • · Excellent organization, critical-thinking and personal leadership skills • · Experience writing clean code that performs well at scale using Java • · Experience with Microservice Architecture • · Solid experience writing RESTful API endpoints • · Self-starter with the ability to deliver with minimal supervision • · Team player with a passion for mentoring others in a professional setting
