• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax, including Big 4 public accounting and public or private company experience. • Proven experience managing global finance operations and cross-border entity structuring. • Deep understanding of US GAAP and exposure to UK GAAP and IFRS. • Strong knowledge of equity accounting and administration. • Demonstrated success in implementing internal control frameworks and policy governance. • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail orientation and big-picture planning.                                                      Fluency in business Spanish is preferred. • Reporting Structure • Reports to: Chief Accounting Officer • Partners with: Director of Financial Reporting, and Accounting, FP&A, Legal, HR, and Operations personnel • The Financial Reporting & Tax Director (LATAM) will play a key leadership role within the Finance organization, responsible for driving excellence in financial reporting, tax compliance, strategic global expansion, equity administration, and internal control framework development.
