Requirements
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows, agents or automation solutions. • Strong hands-on experience with modern AI tools and large language models. • Confidence working with APIs, JSON, webhooks, integrations, logs and technical troubleshooting. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work out why something isn’t behaving as expected. • Experience testing AI outputs for accuracy, reliability and consistency. • The ability to understand business problems and turn them into practical solutions. • Strong communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A curious, experimental mindset and a genuine interest in building with AI. • The ability to work independently and take ownership from discovery through to production. • Experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated environment is a bonus, but not essential. • HOW TO STAND OUT: • HOW TO STAND OUT: • Tell us about something you’ve built with AI. • Send us a link, a screenshot, a workflow, a GitHub repo or just one honest sentence explaining what you built. • It’s the first thing we’ll ask about, and it matters more to us than your CV.
Responsibilities
• Build, test and deploy AI agents, automations and workflows across the business. • Translate business problems into practical technical solutions using AI tools, APIs and integrations. • Own solutions once they go live, monitoring performance, debugging issues and improving outputs. • Work directly with teams to understand where AI can remove friction and improve how work gets done. • Design testing and evaluation processes to ensure AI outputs are accurate, reliable and safe. • Build appropriate human-in-the-loop controls for higher-risk workflows. • Help develop reusable AI workflows and components that can scale across Relm. • Stay close to new models, agent frameworks and AI tooling, testing what could add real value. • Feed production learnings into Relm’s wider AI roadmap.
