• In your capacity as a Lunar Lander Project Manager, your role will be continuously evolving, but day-to-day your duties will include: • 1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT • Lead and manage all project aspects from initiation to completion. • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, schedule, and resource requirements. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. • Proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum. • Identify potential risks and develop and implement mitigation strategies. • 2. PARTNERS INTERFACE • Act as point of contact for partners involved in the projects, fostering strong collaboration. • Monitor partners activities and approve deliverables. • 3. TEAM COORDINATION • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams working on the project to optimize collaboration and efficiency. • Foster a positive project culture and facilitate effective communication. • 4. BUDGET AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT • Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively. • Optimize resource utilization to achieve project goals. • 5. TEST FACILITIES MANAGEMENT IN THE UAE • Lead the planning and coordination of the initial test site setup, defining scope, requirements, and readiness criteria ahead of operational launch. • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure the test site is properly resourced, aligned with project objectives, and delivered on schedule. • Establish processes, documentation, and handover materials to enable a smooth transition to a dedicated test site manager once the site is fully operational. • WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU • In the role of Lunar Lander Project Manager ideally, you will have the following: • Strong technical background with hands-on engineering experience. • End-to-end experience at vehicle/spacecraft level and at technology level, with good system mindset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. • Experience in proposal development and pre-sales support. • Proven track record of successful project delivery. • Demonstrated behaviors consistent with The Exploration Company’s core values of Vision, Competence, Integrity, and Passion.
