Responsibilities

• Have worked at early-stage startups and driven product direction. • Think in terms of user problems, not just technical solutions. • Have scaled TypeScript projects. • Enjoy refining and customising your AI workflow into the early hours. • Building AI agents or LLM-powered systems that go beyond simple prompting. • Bonus points for academic or applied experience in machine learning, especially if you can bridge the gap between research and production.

Our ambition is a full-service, AI-first law firm with global reach. • How you’ll contribute • We're looking for a Staff or Senior Product Engineer to join as an early member of our engineering team. We're a small team of generalists with deep experience in startups and who care about our craft. We move fast, ship often, and hold ourselves to a high bar. • You’ll shape product direction from day one, and ship features to production within your first week. Requirements will be fuzzy - you’ll talk to users, form hypotheses, and iterate quickly to define what to build.
