Responsibilities

• Design and build the new headless front-end architecture. • Deliver the initial launch page within the early-next-year schedule. • Establish front-end standards, component patterns, testing frameworks, and code review processes. • Maintain ownership of performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and accessibility. • Connect user interfaces with headless CMS platforms and internal APIs. • Mentor team members and collaborate closely with the Core Web engineering manager. • Implement and refine AI-driven agentic workflows across the development lifecycle.
