Requirements

Responsibilities
• Edit research proposals, technical white papers, and internal reports for clarity, structure, and audience, preserving technical accuracy while improving readability. • Help researchers make their strongest case for their ideas, including an honest assessment of their limitations • Develop and maintain editorial standards for the research organization, including style guidelines and documentation practices. • Establish and streamline editorial workflows for drafting, revising, and submitting research documents. • Lead writing clinics and coach research staff. • Contribute to AI-assisted writing and editing tools
Benefits
• Base Salary $200K – $220K • Offers Bonus • The listed base salary range for this position is based upon the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
