Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design for digital applications. B2B or SaaS experience is preferred. • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, systems thinking, and ability to craft real product experiences that ship. • Deep expertise in Figma: components, auto layout, prototyping, handoff, and collaboration features. • Hands-on vibe-coding experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, v0), and a track record of using it to build and maintain design systems and live prototypes. • Proven experience creating and maintaining a design system, not just consuming one. • Experience building live prototypes in code, not only click-through prototypes in Figma. • Strong grasp of UX principles, usability, accessibility, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and layout. • Excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for complex product features, from understanding the problem to designing, testing, and refining solutions. • Comprehend business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to shape what we build and why we build it. • Create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity mockups that solve real problems and align with product strategy. • Use research insights, usage data, and feedback loops to iterate designs quickly. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding, feasibility, and alignment across teams. • Present and advocate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and executives with clarity, rationale, and user-centered focus. • Contribute to user research and usability testing. • Contribute to the design system to ensure UI consistency and maintain the product’s visual and interaction language across modules. • Mentor and guide junior designers by providing feedback, support design reviews, and help uplift craft and processes. • Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve our product and design process.
